I am Mr. Shashwat Anand, an Advocate on Record practicing before the Supreme Court of India, based in New Delhi. Specializing in Commercial Law, my legal repertoire encompasses Arbitration, Commercial Suits, and matters related to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). I have also had the distinct privilege of serving as a Panel Lawyer for the Union of India before the Supreme Court under Panel - B.
